Pro users ($9.99/month) unlock unlimited projects, verified badges, and read-only API access to display reputation data on external sites like portfolios and personal websites.

API Overview

Pro users get API access to display their professional reputation data on external sites. All API endpoints are read-only for security. Write operations (creating projects, updating profiles) must be done through the KredPilot dashboard.

Payment Methods

Managing Your Payment Information

KredPilot uses Stripe to securely process all payments. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Digital wallets where available

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Update payment method" in the Stripe portal
  4. Enter your new card details securely

Payment Security

All payment information is encrypted and processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. KredPilot never has access to your full card details.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll send you an email notification. Your subscription will remain active for 7 days to allow you to update your payment method. After 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Invoices & Billing History

Access Your Billing History

All Pro subscribers have access to their complete billing history and can download invoices at any time.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Manage Subscription" button
  3. In the Stripe portal, select "Billing history" from the menu
  4. View or download any past invoice

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period covered
  • Amount charged and payment method
  • Your billing address
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Billed on the same day each month ($9.99/month)
  • Yearly: Billed annually for $99.99/year (save $19.89)
  • Invoices are sent automatically via email after each payment
  • You can switch between billing cycles at any time

Need a Refund?

Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We offer full refunds for unused subscriptions with no questions asked.

Tax Receipts

All invoices are valid tax receipts. Taxes are automatically calculated and applied based on your location where applicable.
