You must be at least 18 years old to use KredPilot. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of KredPilot, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.
All ratings submitted through KredPilot must be genuine and based on actual professional interactions. Fake ratings, whether positive or negative, are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Once submitted, ratings cannot be deleted to maintain the integrity of our platform. Users may respond publicly to ratings they receive. Ratings that violate our guidelines may be removed after review.
Verified badges indicate that a user has completed our verification process. Verification does not guarantee the accuracy of ratings or endorse any user's professional abilities.
You may not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, submitting false ratings, impersonating other users, or manipulating the rating system.
You may not use KredPilot to harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate any person. This includes submitting malicious ratings intended to harm someone's reputation without legitimate basis.
You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of KredPilot, including but not limited to: hacking, scraping data without permission, introducing malware, or overloading our servers.
KredPilot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KredPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of ratings and reviews submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All code, design, content, and materials on KredPilot are © KredPilot. All rights reserved. This includes but is not limited to source code, algorithms, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of KredPilot or any portion thereof. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use KredPilot for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
