How do I get verified on KredPilot?
To get verified, upgrade to a Pro subscription and complete phone verification from your dashboard. Phone verification requires confirming your phone number with a 6-digit code. Your Pro subscription validates payment via Stripe.
Which countries and phone types are supported for verification?
We support phone verification for most countries worldwide. However, verification is blocked for the following regions: Russia (RU), China (CN), India (IN), Pakistan (PK), Bangladesh (BD), Nigeria (NG), Kenya (KE), Ghana (GH), Indonesia (ID), and Vietnam (VN). Additionally, VOIP numbers, virtual numbers, and landlines cannot be used for verification - only mobile phones are accepted.
How do ratings work?
Create a project in your dashboard, then generate a rating link to share with your client. When they submit a rating, it appears on your public profile. Verified users get a special badge next to their ratings.
How do I request a rating from a client?
There are two ways to request ratings: (1) Create a new project and enter your client's email to send a rating request immediately, or (2) Add a client email to an existing project and click 'Send to Client' from your projects page. Your client will receive an email with a unique, single-use rating link that expires after 30 days.
Can I remove a negative rating?
Ratings cannot be removed to maintain trust and authenticity. If you believe a rating violates our guidelines, you can report it for review.
What are the project limits for free users?
Free users can create up to 5 total projects. Projects cannot be deleted to maintain reputation authenticity and trust. If you reach the limit, upgrade to Pro for unlimited projects.
What's the difference between subscription plans?
Free accounts can receive unlimited ratings but have limited analytics and a maximum of 5 active projects. Pro accounts ($9.99/month) get verified badges, unlimited projects, priority support (24-hour response time), advanced analytics with fraud detection, API access with 1000 requests/hour, and embed widget customization.
How do I access the API?
API access is exclusive to Pro subscribers. Generate your API key from Settings → API Keys in your dashboard. Use the X-API-Key header for authentication. You get 1000 requests per hour to access profiles, ratings, projects, and analytics endpoints. Full documentation is available at /docs/api.
How do I integrate KredPilot with my website?
Pro users can embed their KredPilot profile on any website using our JavaScript widget. Generate an API key, then add the embed code with your username and API key. The widget displays your ratings with automatic caching and is fully customizable. Check our API documentation for implementation details.
What happens when a rating link expires?
Rating links expire after 30 days for security. If a link expires, you can resend a new rating request from your projects page by clicking 'Resend' on the project. The new link will be valid for another 30 days.
Can I edit a project after creating it?
You can only edit project details (title, client name, client email) while the project is in 'pending' status. Once a rating request is sent to a client, the project becomes locked and cannot be edited to maintain reputation authenticity. Projects cannot be deleted.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We implement JWT authentication with HMAC signing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and security headers.
